2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, sizes, and features. Because many WiggleyWorms products are custom-made or 3D printed, slight variations may occur and are considered normal. Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified if production has already begun. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. WiggleyWorms and Willow Brook Valley are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for details regarding eligibility, timelines, and procedures. Custom or personalized items are generally non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Return and Refund Policy

WiggleyWorms is a brand of MCM Custom Maker Labs. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of our items are custom-made and 3D printed, our return and refund policy is limited and outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for defective items resulting from manufacturing defects.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and original condition.
Normal variations in color, finish, or minor print texture inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects.

Returns due to buyer’s remorse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Reasons for Return

Approved reasons for return include:

Manufacturing defects
Incorrect item received

All return requests are subject to review and authorization by WiggleyWorms / MCM Custom Maker Labs.

3. Return Authorization Process

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photo or video proof of the defect

WiggleyWorms reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, this will be handled separately from manufacturing defects.

Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo documentation of the packaging and damaged item is required.
A shipping claim will be filed with the carrier by our shipping department.

Refunds or replacements for shipping damage are subject to carrier claim approval.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refund Process

Once an authorized return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

WiggleyWorms reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements.

Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability.
